Ian Madden wins 2003 Ontario Touring GT Championship - After a hard fought battle, Ottawa's own champion emerges, Ian Madden wins the inaugural season of the 2003 Ontario Touring GT Championship. In a hard fought battle against Type-Rs and some other fancy hardware out there, Ian prevailed to win the Touring Class Crown. Kudos Ian!

OVD Dyno Day a Great Success
14 cars, 3 tech's, 1 generous sponsor, 30+ witnesses
What does this add up too? Hundreds of horsepower on the 2nd annual OVD dyno-day! Between an array of VR6's to chipped 1.8T's to uber-boosted 2.0L and 1.8L's, it was a day to remember. Even the Deezler's had a chance to prove that they're good for something aside fuel economy!
The 50hp gain from a bottle of NOS in an "over-the-hill" Jetta was definiely a sight, but nothing could beat the sweet sounds of 350+hp coming from a forced-inducted beast. It was a day to remember, especially when the dyno runs were generously sponsored by Roch Cyr. This was a pleasant suprise for all, and it can be assured that OVD members won't forget. Chris Tapp and the rest of the crew (Jason and Christina) did a fantastic job of getting all 14 cars through in decent time, and the Local Hero's pizza topped off a great morning.

December OVD COTM Announced. OVD's December Car of the Month is Dave's (rabbitmania) 1983 Rabbit L. rabbitmania won through a vote by OVD members winning 66% of the vote. It is the second consecutive month that this prestigious award has been won by Belleville dubs! As a result, Belleville city council has changed the name of the city to Dubville. OVD Celebrates First Anniversary. OVD is a healthy 1-year-old today with close to 200 members. OVD members marked the occasion by modding and washing their dubs as well as wasting a lot of time on the OVD Forums. LOL.
