It's a Mk3, just crawl through a hole in the floor.

Sorry, it was too easy.

The easyest thing to do is grab two prybars, insert them along the top of the door above the window and bend the door out a bit. Then useing a bendable rod stick it through the crack youve made go for the lock, or handle or unlock button. Whatever is easy to poke or pull. Use rags on your prybars to not scratch the paint, and don't bend more than you need to or your door wont go back to its original shape.

Ive done this to a 2001 camry, a 2009, and a corolla with no issues. Learned it from the tow truck driver who got the keys out of my car the first time I locked them in there.

Tryed... but then i realized that when i pull the door handel in the car when its locked that i cant open the door.... and the little "lock post" ill call it, takes tones of effort from the inside to pulll up with the power locks...... Dude came over put airbags in the door and took a thick looking pulled out coat hanger and rolled down the manual window ......... Way to early in the morning for me to think of that one..... kicked myself in the ass after he gave me the 63 dollar billl :banghead:

If it helps - $63 is a whole lot less than you'd be out if you'd bent the door frame or cracked a window.

Just for referance the towing company uses airbags to pry the door open with the same technique. If bob from bobs towing can do it with out ruining the door I'm sure your average person with common sense can to.

If you're realy stuck, just bust the lock and replace it with the one from your parts car. You'll just have 2 keyss

Make a small wedge, insert it into the door crack and then use a coat hanger to pull up the pin. Thats all I did when my lock cylinder came out.

Frustration may build if you have tinted black windows though.
